The City of Freeport is soliciting proposals from qualified parties to manage, operate, and maintain Albertus Municipal Airport (FEP) under the terms outlined in the Draft Airport Management Agreement. Interested Offerors must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting between August 12–25, 2025, and submit sealed proposals by 2:00 PM CST/CDT on September 2, 2025, to the City Manager’s Office, 314 West Stephenson Street, Freeport, IL 61032. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive airport operations, maintenance, and required services in compliance with FAA, state, and City regulations.
