NOTE: RE: Item #6, Variance Application at 3240 W Stephenson St., seeking relief from Section 1450.02(l) to allow a ground mounted antenna to exceed the maximum height of 30′ for a maximum height of one hundred fifty feet in an A1 Agricultural Zoning District.
A request was submitted by the petitioner and approved by the Community Development Department for a continuum on the hearing for Agenda Item #6.. This agenda item will be moved to the next regular Zoning Board of Appeals on April 2, 2026.
