Randy Bukas comes to the City of Freeport with almost 40 years of experience in local government. He became Finance Director in 2017 and City Manager in 2020.

Scott Miller re-joined the staff at the City as Fire Chief on March 14, 2022, a position he previously held from 2013 through 2017.

Wayne began as the Community and Economic Development Director in January 2022.
