Sculpture Walk GRAND OPENING Reception at Freeport Public Library September 19

FREEPORT, IL – Join us at the Freeport Public Library on Friday, September 19 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. for the Sculpture Walk Grand Opening Reception!

Enjoy light refreshments and even meet with some of the artists! This event celebrates the transformation of Chicago Avenue into an open-air gallery, enriching the cultural fabric of our city. This inaugural Public Sculpture Walk is a dynamic outdoor art experience that brings inspiring sculpture to the heart of our community. All are welcome!

“We’re thrilled to launch the inaugural Sculpture Walk, a dynamic extension of the museum’s mission to create experiences that spark imagination and engagement in the arts,” Jessica Modica, Executive Director of the Freeport Art Museum, said.

All are welcome to take part in the upcoming Grand Opening Reception. Visitors can access a free audio tour by scanning QR codes found at each sculpture.
