On Wednesday, September 21, The City of Freeport’s Water & Sewer Billing office will be opening late at 10:00 A.M. Please plan accordingly.

We encourage residents to pay on-line at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/freeportil or by phone at 866-337-0339 (3% fee applies).
