Christmas Tree Disposal

The City offers Christmas tree disposal at no extra cost to City of Freeport residents. Natural Christmas trees can be dropped off at the following four locations from January 3 – 27:

  • Taylor Park – Corner of E. Stephenson St.
  • Read Park – Parking lot North of office
  • Intersection of Adams, Float & Winneshiek (triangle)
  • City Yards – 1001 N. Island Ave.

Only natural Christmas trees will be accepted. There is no curbside pick-up to dispose of trees.
