COLLECTIONS FOR PAST DUE WATER & SEWER ACCOUNTS

The City of Freeport has recently approved a collection agency, Municipal Collection Services Inc. (MCSI), to send out collection letters for past due water and sewer accounts. The first batch of letters that were printed said Ticket # on them. It should have said Account #.
