Donations Open at City Hall for Aiding 333rd MPC
The 333rd Military Police Company, including 62 soldiers, was deployed Thursday, September 19, to Alaska for National security purposes. The City supports and praises the individuals that make up this group and we look forward to the day we can welcome them back home to Freeport. As they complete their assignment, City Hall is accepting the following donations through the end of November to then send to Alaska to help the soldiers brave the conditions:
- Toiletries
- Hand Warmers
- Snacks
- Wool Socks
- Batteries
Please bring all donations to the City Hall lobby at 314 W. Stephenson St. during business hours and speak to the representative at the front desk.
